Here’s How it Works

Pick Up

After you select the items or the boxes that suit your needs, pick the Local Pick Up option during checkout and choose the date that you’d like to pick up. A representative from our team will reach out via email to confirm your pick up date and time window.

Pick ups are offered Monday to Saturday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Payment is processed in advance, so when you arrive, call us and we will load your order into your vehicle for you.

Delivery

We deliver East to Brockville and West to Port Hope, South of the 401.

After you select the items or the boxes that suit your needs, select the Delivery option during checkout and choose the date that you’d like to have your product delivered. A representative from our team will reach out via email to confirm your delivery date.

On your delivery date, your order will be delivered during our regular business hours directly to your door.

Can I have my order delivered on the same day I placed it?

For customers in Kinston, orders placed before 11:00am will be delivered the same day. If you live outside of Kingston, your order will be delivered on the next business day that we are in your region. For next day delivery outside of Kingston, orders must be placed before 10:00pm the day before we are in your region.

Can I pick up my order on the same day I placed it?

Of course you can! Just select the date you would like to pick up when checking out. The same day option is available up to 12:00pm. Pick ups are available from 7:00am until 4:00pm, so swing by when it’s convenient.

I like everything in the Fruit or Veggie box but I'd like to make a few substitutions. Is this possible?

The short answer is no. The pre-configured boxes are a convenient way of ordering but there is no way to make substitutions to the boxes online. If you want to customize, we recommend that you use the à la carte section to build the order that suits your needs.
